This is similar to a Maxi 310 or a Bar300 shelf Cooler.
This is a 4 Coil/Product Cooler with a Digital Stat.
Eco Friendly Hydrocarbon with high energy efficiency.
The Eco-Friendly Hydrocarbon R290 refrigeration system has been specifically developed and designed for improved energy - it develops 7kgs of ice with impressive recovery times.
Like the Maxi 310 or Bar 300 Shelf Beer Cooler, this Cooler features stainless steel coils measuring 4 x 6 metres long x 3/8".
If you want to drop the temperature to below 0, then you will need to add glycol to the water tank to avoid freezing the ice bank.
How much of this depends on how low you would like the temperature.
A general rule of thumb would be between 10 - 30% mix. The units can only be set to -10 and beer will freeze at -5.
