Return Policy

At A1barstuff we endeavour to dispatch all our items to a high standard but there may be times when you need to return an item that is unwanted, faulty, damaged or on occasion we may despatch the wrong item.

Please follow our return policy as detailed below BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM as we cannot be held responsible for any unnecessary return postage charges you may have incurred:

Faulty, damaged goods or items received in error

Any damaged/faulty goods, items received in error must be reported to A1barstuff on 01952 412000 within 2 days of receipt before a return/replacement can be arranged, please quote your order number. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, we may not be able to guarantee a replacement.

We may ask for pictures of the damaged goods. On most occasions we will require the faulty or damaged product to be returned to us before a replacement/refund is issued.

Any incorrect items received in error to what was on your order, we will need these to be sent back us to us before the correct item is sent back out, a return label will be provided if necessary.

All returned items must be in the original packaging (where possible) or suitable packaging in order to return the item without further damage.

Proof of purchase will be required please advise the order number.

Refunds or replacements will be actioned within 3-7 working days.

 

Unwanted items / ordered in error

Under the Distance Selling Directive, you as the customer have a duty of care for the products delivered to you whilst in your possession.

Any unwanted item(s) or item(s) ordered in error need to be discussed within 7 days of receipt.

It is your responsibility to return the Item(s) at your cost in the original packaging and unused condition.

We cannot take responsibility if the goods are lost in your return transit.

Some item(s) carry a restocking charge of 15% (to be advised before return).

Upon receipt of goods being returned the item(s) will be inspected before a refund is processed.

If you wish to replace the item with another product, we will charge the difference (if applicable) and the re-shipping cost.

No refunds on special order or discounted products unless reported faulty.

We have the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) does not meet the required standard as stated in our return policy above.
