TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  1. INTRODUCTION

    1. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Web Site operated by A1barstuff Limited, Company number 7275382, Vat No 993 5923 65.

    2. Without prejudice to the above, by using or accessing A1barstuff Web Site you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use as they apply to your use of or access to A1barstuff Web Site.

 

  1. PLACING AN ORDER WITH A1BARSTUFF

    1. You can order from A1barstuff in the following ways:

      1. Online via the website – co.uk(this is the preferred method of ordering.

      2. By phone 01952 412000

    2. When you place an order for any products in any of the methods above, you are buying based on the price stated on our website at the time of order, subject to these terms.

    3. All orders and product prices are subject to 20% VAT and will be charged in pounds sterling (GBP). 

    4. When placing an order additional information can be entered into the comments field.

    5. Please make sure the delivery address is correct and add any additional comments if you think further delivery instructions are required as we cannot be held responsible if delivery has failed due to incorrect or missing address details.

    6. Orders are processed and dispatched within the timeframes as outlined in our delivery section below.

 

  1. DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

    1. Standard orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days unless special delivery instructions are discussed and agreed.

    2. Orders via our website will be processed and picked on the same day if orders are placed before 2.00pm.

    3. Once we have picked an order, we always aim to dispatch standard orders to the customer for next day delivery where possible but sometimes we cannot guarantee next day delivery as this depend on other factors regarding your order.  Obviously standard orders are overridden if a special delivery instruction has been requested as per the delivery options available or if discussed prior to placing the order.  Should there be an issue with any special delivery instructions we will call or email you to advise so alternative delivery arrangements can be discussed.

    4. Orders placed on Friday’s, if before 2.00pm, will be dispatched for Monday delivery (where possible) unless a special delivery instruction has been discussed and agreed for weekend delivery; again with standard orders we cannot guarantee Monday delivery as sometimes this may depend on other factors regarding your order.

    5. For international orders the customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes incurred on delivery, we cannot advise what other charges apply, please contact the appropriate organisations to ascertain these costs.

    6. Please note that where it is identified that the delivery price charged does not cover the actual delivery costs, we may need to contact you to ask for additional payment, however should you wish to cancel the order in these circumstances a full refund will be issued and the order will be cancelled.

    7. We aim to make sure all deliveries arrive on time, but we cannot be held accountable for late or delayed deliveries as we rely on 3rdparty delivery companies.

    8. Please note that it is your responsibility to be available to accept and sign for delivery. 

 

  1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    1. We can only process orders with a valid VAT number please provide this if ordered from outside the UK.

    2. As stated above for all international orders the customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes incurred on delivery, we cannot advise what other charges apply, please contact the appropriate organisations to ascertain these costs.

  2. PAYMENT

    1. We accept payment via BACS, Mastercard, Visa and Sagepay.

    2. We do not accept American Express.

    3. With exception to payment on account, full payment will be required before goods are dispatched.

    1. All content on our website is subject to change at any time. 

    2. We cannot guarantee the items advertised on the A1barsutff website will always be available, items may have been discontinued or taken off sale.  If you order goods from the website and we cannot supply the item we will contact you, a full refund will be issued in these circumstances.

    3. We make every effort to ensure details about an item are correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge, if you notice what you think may be an error please contact us on 01952 412000 or email [email protected]so we can investigate and correct any issues. 

 

  1. UNABLE TO FULFIL YOUR ORDER REQUIREMENTS

    1. A1barstuff may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time. 

  

Not received your order…..

  1. RIGHT TO CANCEL

    1. You can cancel an order with a full refund providing you notify us prior to dispatch of goods. 

    2. You will receive an automated email once an order is processed for delivery, at this point it is too late to cancel the order.  Should you wish to cancel the order you will have to refuse delivery of the goods which will then be returned to A1barstuff Ltd – please note that you will be accountable for the return postage costs.

    3. Should you take delivery of the goods you will have to take responsibility for the cost of the return postage to A1barstuff Ltd.  Only upon receipt of the goods back to A1barstuff Ltd in a satisfactory condition (see our returns policy for more information) will we issue a full refund.  Refunds cannot be issued for goods that are not received back to A1barstuff Ltd, return postage will be the customers responsibility, we take no responsibility for lost parcels. 

 

  1. COMPLAINTS

    1. Complaints can be verbally advised via 01952 412000 or emailed to [email protected].

    2. Complaints need to be reported within a reasonable timeframe.  We will investigate anything reported to us and advise our final decision within 10 working days of the complaint.  Should we need more time we will contact you to advise.  All complaints will be resolved with our final decision in writing within 30 days of receiving the complaint or sooner.    

 

  1. RETURNS 

 

Damaged items in Transit

  1. You have seven days to return items, should your items be damaged in transit.   If your items are visibly damaged upon receipt, please email [email protected]Returned items should be returned in original packaging.  A replacement or full refund will be provided via the original payment method upon receipt of returned goods, with a carriage cost up to a minimum of £10.    

 

Upon arrival items faulty

  1. We ask that you email [email protected]within 48 hours should your items arrive faulty upon receipt.   All items should be returned in their original packaging.  Upon receipt our technical team will assess and once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or a full refund by original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.   If your items are found not to be faulty by our technical team who will make a full assessment.  The goods will be returned to you, to which you will be liable for the return carriage costs. 

 

Received faulty items in Warranty Period

  1. If it has been more than 48 hours since receipt and your purchases develop a fault, then provided your items are within warranty period, you will be entitled to a warranty repair.   To pursue this claim, you will need to return the faulty items in original packaging and upon receipt a full assessment will be conducted.   If verified as faulty a reasonable carriage charge will be refunded, together with repair of items and re-delivered.

 

Changed your mind and wish to return goods

  1. You have 7 days to return your items if you have simply changed your mind.  However, the items MUST not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us.  Once you have emailed [email protected], that you wish to return the goods under this procedure, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense.  Upon receipt in good and new condition an inspection will take place, then a full refund can be issued via your original payment method. For large orders, a handling/stocking fee of 10% may be incurred.
