The Y & L Thread Hop Strainer (pack of 10) is an invaluable aid to good cask beer dispense.

Made from super fine stainless steel mesh, the Hop Strainer goes about its job largely unnoticed.

The fact that it incorporates a silicon tap washer means that the Hop Strainer performs two important functions:

• The hop strainer prevents sediment from leaving the cask where it might collect in the line and degrade.
• It helps provide an essential seal within the tap nut.
