1. How long before I receive my order?
a. We endeavour to process all orders within 1/2 Working Days, but sometimes it may take longer we will notify you if this is the case.

2. How secure is it for me to put my card details into the website.
a. Very Secure. As soon as your details are logged and you proceed through the checkout our Secure payment Gateway Sage Pay will veryfy your details and process the payment .

3. What if the goods are damaged when I receive them.
a. You must notify us straight-away (within 2 days) so that we can submit a claim against the carrier.In any event return the goods to us for an immediate replacement.

4. What if the goods are not what I wanted?
a. Provided the item is undamaged and in the original packaging,you must return them at your own expense and we will issue a refund.

5. What guarantees are there on equipment?
a. In addition to your statutory rights,most items have a twelve months parts and labour Return To Base warranty.

6. Why do I have to pay Postage and Packaging?
a. Sadly its a fact that you get nothing for nothing and it costs to send items both by post and carrier.This cost is kept to a minimum,but you must remember that the goods have to be wrapped well to ensure you receive them in good condition. The cost is affected by both the size and weight of the item or items.Most items fall within our standard £5.95 costing. But Furniture and the larger items will attract higher carriage charges, these may vary from £40.00 to £170.00 for deliverys of Bar Furniture Poseurs Table, Chairs e.t.c. to North of Scotland.
