Cask Keystone or Faucet Plug is the plug on the round end of the cask.
The Cask Keystone is a Limewood turned version.
The centre of the Cask Keystone Has been machined to weaken it so that the nose of the cask tap can penetrate easily.
Once broached, the cask Keystone will offer a good seal against the body of the cask tap.
